Carbohydrates get a lot of attention. And that attention is predominantly “bad”. It’s gotten to the point where people are reluctant to eat sandwiches. Anything that has carbs has become “off limits” and we’re attempting to fill that void with either protein or fat. But why? Isn’t our body supposed to have some carbohydrates?
