Amazing news tonight! I am not only down 21.2 pounds by eating whole healthy foods, but Patricia Jean-Vezina helped me conquer a fear — doing a crow pose in yoga! I have always been afraid that I’m going to fall flat on my face and break my nose. Tonight during our walk, Patricia said, come on let’s do a somersault and then a crow. I was terrified but there I was, with her beside me, on the grass, first doing a somersault and then getting into crow position! Fear conquered! Now all I have to do is practice til it becomes comfortable.

As for my weight loss journey and healthy lifestyle takeover — I can’t tell you how blessed I am to have Patricia in my life helping me. My doctor had a very serious discussion with me this morning about how crucial eating and living this healthy whole food way is to my wellness & mental stability. My doctor said, it is not something I can EVER, EVER get off of or stop. She reminded me that every time I see or hear the word sugar to associate it with the word toxic because that is precisely what it does to my body system. Sugar, junk food, and unhealthy people, are absolutely detrimental to my wellness (physically & mentally). My old default setting included drive-thru McDonald’s junk food, processed chocolate, and depressing/tragic/intense/dark boyfriends or friends — I will never, ever go down that road again and I’m doing everything in my power to change my default setting to happy, healthy, positive, stable, confident, motivating and inspiring people & food. Patricia is one of those incredible people and I am so damn lucky to have her in my life

How are you?

We are just back from an amazing week in Hawaii. I just feel like I need to say a huge THANK YOU to you! I love what I have learned so far in the WOW program. I love the way your brain works – always so positive and always trying to make your life better! You are an inspiration to me!

Just wanted to share what I made for our “date night” dinner in (with kids!) 😉 Chicken, fresh (they used to be frozen!) steamed brussel sprouts, bok choy (never had that before except in restaurants) & peppers steamed with garlic & coconut Oil (never even heard of that oil before!), and spaghetti squash (never cooked that before either!)…that is 4 firsts for me since starting the program…thanks for expanding my culinary world 🙂

I am really looking forward to getting back into the program (I missed writing everything down while we were away!)…and wondering what can happen after it all wraps up next week…any thoughts/ideas???

Do I need to stop drinking coffee/alcohol or eating meat?

Ah – the famous “what do I need to get rid of” question.  Here’s our approach – jam pack your diet with highly nutritious food.  And then decide what you want to phase out.  Sure, some things are more optimal than others BUT we want you to feel fantastic and approach life from a state of BLISS and abundance.  Not from lack.  So enJOY your vice…. we do!

Do I need to buy tons of supplements?

NO.  Our philosophy is to teach you to use WHOLE, LIVE, NATURAL food to feel fantastic.  No gimmicks.  No weird stuff.  We may, however, educate you on which supplements would benefit you but they are not a requirement of the program.

Can I blend different packages and services?

Of course!  Our approach is personalized to YOU.  So whatever you need and/or want, we can put together for you.  Just message us to get more info on how we can best support you.

Do you come to me or do I come to you?

There are various options for where we meet – depending on your selection of services.  Most of our work is done online in either a live feed, a Skype/Messenger meeting or a group webinar.  However, we do have VIP 1:1 offerings that are 100% face to face accountability and connection.  We love to meet you and in person is always top-notch.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 15 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our offerings, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with us or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.  With that being said, though, we’ve never refunded anyone.  Our peeps are happy as we offer a personalized approach to their goals.
