What is Nutrition Coaching?
The way I approach nutrition coaching is by using whole foods to get you feeling really good in your body. We look at simple and effective changes that will bring maximum impact in your life. Things that are easy and sustainable. Sure, change is hard…. but in the end, I know you’ll feel fantastic. I don’t believe in diets. I believe in long term sustainable health. When your body is in balance, you’ll naturally lose weight and feel awesome.

Will i need to stop drinking coffee and alcohol?
Honestly, I pretty much answer all questions with “it depends”. I’ll have a look at your current health status and then determine what will best support your body as you heal. Long term, you will very much be able to enjoy coffee and alcohol. In the short term, however, we’ll have to see what’s best for your body.
What if i'm planning a vacation? Can i put my plan on hold?
Truth is, how you do one thing is how you do everything. Health doesn’t stop because you’re taking a break from your work life. What we’ll do is take a look at your vacation and plan around how to make the best choices so that you don’t sabbotage all the work you’re doing at healing your body.
Will I have to become vegan?
People often think that Nutritionists secretly want you to eat only vegetables. Sure, they’re important! But I won’t be turning you into a vegan if you don’t want that. In fact, I believe protein is super important in long term health! If that means, for you, eating some animal protein, then let’s do it!
What if i don't like the recipes you give me?
Well, you’re in luck! I’m not a recipe creator. I use food as fuel and healing. I super prefer to keep it simple when it comes to putting a meal together and any recipe that I provide is one that you’re specifically looking for or that we’ve discussed in advance.
