Private Yoga Series


Do you want to start your yoga practice but don’t know how?

Would you like to learn the basics of yoga before joining a yoga studio?

Do you have mobility limitations that make you feel like you need more individualized attention?

Our 4-part private yoga series will show you how to move your body in alignment with where you are today and prepare you for a lifelong practice of yoga.



Week 1 – Breath

~ focusing on breath work and connecting the body movements to the breath. Learning different types of breathing. a slow flow practice with a dynamic fiery component.

Week 2 – Asana

~ the function of movement. alignment. opening the body from the toes to the top of the head. connecting and exploring postures to embody your practice.

Week 3 – Meditation

~ each movement will cultivate an opportunity to dive deeper on a spiritual level to apply meditation principles throughout the class. an intentional practice that will enable and prepare you to sit for an extended closing meditation.

Week 4 – Union with Spirit

~ what is Spirit and how to you bring it into your daily practice, your yoga practice and your Life. Class will start with a small discussion before we move into our intentional asana and meditation.
