Thai Massage

An important element of Eastern medicine is the concept of life force energy, often referred to as prana or chi.  Traditional Thai massage provides benefit by stimulating pressure points to open the body’s energy pathways, allowing healing energy to flow freely through the body so that it may heal itself. The practice of Thai massage is said to be over 2000 years old combining yoga stretching, the calmness of meditation with acupressure, movement and reflexology.  The combination of energetic and physical healing is what makes Thai massage so unique and effective.  Click HERE to set up an appointment.

Mobility Training

By applying the principles of natural movement and yoga, we help you strengthen the body so that it can function the way it’s meant to function.  We aim to restore mobility in the joints and focus on the areas which are most stressed – knees, ankles, hips and shoulders.  All training is done 1:1 in our private studio.  To set up an intro session, click HERE.
