Anik is certified in Restorative Yoga using minimal props. She practices and teaches self-care with a gentle approach.
Patricia is certified in Thai Massage and is said to have a calming, healing touch and energy.

Are you interested in yoga but not sure if you’re ready to join a yoga studio?  We offer private yoga in your home or at our studio.  This 4 part series will start you on your journey towards a practice that will support you for a lifetime

Week 1 – Breath  ~ focusing on breath work and connecting the body movements to the breath. learning different types of breathing.  a slow flow practice with a dynamic fiery component. Week 2 – Asana ~ the function of movement. alignment. opening the body from the toes to the top of the head. connecting and exploring postures to embody your practice. Week 3 – Meditation ~ each movement will cultivate an opportunity to dive deeper on a spiritual level to apply meditation principles throughout the class. an intentional practice that will enable and prepare you to sit for an extended closing meditation. Week 4 – Union with Spirit ~ what is Spirit and how do you bring it into your daily practice, your yoga practice and your Life. start with a small discussion before moving into your intentional asana and meditation.
