Anik and I are providing you an amazing 2 hours of self-care and massage.  Classes are found throughout the city .


Heal your body, and your mind, by experiencing 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga and Massage.

Slow down and disconnect from the world.
Reconnect with your breath.
Clear your mind.
Restore your body.

Anik is certified in Restorative Yoga using minimal props. She practices and teaches self-care with a gentle approach.
Patricia is certified in Thai Massage and is said to have a calming, healing touch and energy.

With this approach, you will leave the workshop feeling rejuvenated, centred and at peace.

Chakras: Energetic Healing



Come and explore the 7 chakras, which parts of the body they govern, along with practical ways to keep these energetic channels open and fluid. 

What are the 7 chakras?

Chakra is an old Sanskrit word that literally means wheel.

This is because your energy, or prana, moves inside of you by spinning and rotating. This spinning energy has 7 centers in your body, starting at the base of your spine and moving all the way up to the top of your head.

In a healthy, balanced person, the 7 chakras provide the right amount of energy to every part of your body, mind, and spirit.But, if one of your chakras spins too quickly, is blocked, or moves slowly, your health will suffer.

By learning about the 7 chakras, you can become more in tune with the natural energy cycles of your body.

Are you interested in yoga but not sure if you’re ready to join a yoga studio?  We offer private yoga in your home or at our studio.  This 4 part series will start you on your journey towards a practice that will support you for a lifetime

Week 1 – Breath 

~ focusing on breath work and connecting the body movements to the breath. learning different types of breathing.  a slow flow practice with a dynamic fiery component.

Week 2 – Asana

~ the function of movement. alignment. opening the body from the toes to the top of the head. connecting and exploring postures to embody your practice.

Week 3 – Meditation

~ each movement will cultivate an opportunity to dive deeper on a spiritual level to apply meditation principles throughout the class. an intentional practice that will enable and prepare you to sit for an extended closing meditation.

Week 4 – Union with Spirit

~ what is Spirit and how do you bring it into your daily practice, your yoga practice and your Life. start with a small discussion before moving into your intentional asana and meditation.
